DO THE FOLLOWING AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE FOR TIME:
50 ball touches (tap top of ball alternating feet)
50 squats
50 ball touches
50 sit ups (FULL sit ups - chest touches knees at top of sit up)
50 ball touches
50 push ups (knees on ground-touch chest to ground)
50 ball touches
50 lunges
50 ball touches
50 burpees (chest touches ground, jump off ground, and clap hands OVER head)
50 ball touches

ReplyDeletefinnnally did it! it took forever cause i've been busy with basketball, but they are TWO TOTALLY DIFFERENT SHAPES. consider me out of soccer shape, haha but working on it.
