workout #4

**juggle for 1 minute...keep up with how many times the ball touches the ground
---after the minute is up do as many burpees as many times that the ball touched the ground

***do this for eight rounds and keep up with your total amount of burpees and your total time to complete. DON'T CHEAT YOURSELF!! You will either get better at juggling or burpees! Post to comments section.

  8. I don't even want to post how many burpees I had to do. Let's just say about 10 burpees per minute........

    Maybe i will try again another day.

    I juggled into to garage door at 750 juggles with ten seconds remaining!!!! :(
